Papad and Dana Methi Recipe



Rajasthani Cuisine in cooked dishes have plenty. Papad is one of my favorite home cooked methi dana and twice a week. There are two main elements, namely, curds, and fenugreek seeds are very nutritious for the body. Cottage cheese contains calcium and minerals, while fenugreek seeds are good for digestion. Other major organs, Papad is available in the market. It is eaten with meals as a snack Daal-chawal. Some people, as I prefer to use aperitivo.Yo papad lentil or white urad daal papad to enjoy preferences. Here is a papad making process, and the Dana-methi.Ingredientes This delicious dish: yogurt 1 cup chilly -2 cucharaditasLa deRed turmeric, 1 tsp salt deComún 2 cucharaditaCilantro-1 cucharaditasDana-methi / fenugreek seeds -1 tablespoon deGhee-1 deComino seeds ½ tablespoon teaspoon asafoetida - a pizcaHervir cup of water.
