Delicious Cold Soup Recipe



For the warm days of summer break that often will not eat anything hot. Or maybe it's just your turn to cook and do not want to stand over a hot stove, cold, heart-healthy Gazpacho could be the answer you are looking for. Serve with a nice crusty bread and maybe a light salad, this could easily become a home favorite.There many different recipes for gazpacho, and you can create your own recipe by simply adding the vegetables that you and your guests enjoy.

Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

4 cloves garlic, chopped

4 tablespoons lemon juice 3 or 4 dashes of your favorite hot sauce

1/4 cup olive oil or canola oil

2 teaspoons sea salt (more or less to taste)

5 or 6 large ripe vineyards diced tomatoes 3/4 cup chopped celery 1 cucumber, seeded, peeled and diced

1 red onion, peeled and finely chopped

1 cup frozen corn kernels or fresh
