Italian Food: Favorite recipe of Sicily



The Italian and Sicilian food come with a lot of flavor and style, which represents the lifestyle of the Italians and Sicilians. Many people think of them as one of the same, but the Sicilians practice many customs that differ from their fellow Italians continent. These differences include the food. Sicilians use a lot of fish in their diet, among many other variations of this means more. This is no surprise since Sicily is an island in the Mediterranean, where fishing is an important part of culture and economy. Sicilians enjoy food like fried rice croquettes with mozzarella cheese, zucchini stuffed with cheese and anchovies, a, olives, fried meat and fried steaks to name a few.
