Lemon muffins are to die for. They are personally one of my favorites, very sunny and you can always count on one to put a smile on your face. They are fine if you want a touch of lemon. They are great if you're looking to cook something easy. I never tire of lemon cupcakes are so many things you can do with them, you can even add vanilla cookies to add a touch of vanilla, which are so flexible.
