Organic Raw Kale Salad


Organic raw Kale is a cruciferous vegetable, belonging to the mustard family. It is high in calcium and contains forty-three percent of the recommended daily servings of protein in dry weight. Organic raw Kale provides long lasting energy to sustain throughout the day. We are living in an age where many foods are based on none other than convenience. The fundamental problem exists with this is that all the highly processed foods available and have no life, and lack of vitamins and nutrients in whole foods.

In the United States today, the leading cause of death in humans is heart disease. Diet is one factor that contributes to heart disease. It's not healthy for the heart when we eat highly processed foods that have large amounts of refined sugar, carbohydrates, and no live enzymes, vitamins or minerals. The choices of food you eat will ultimately impact the level of your current health status. Organic fruits and vegetables are full of life force energy that ensures you are getting all the important nutrients of the mind and the body needs to stay healthy and thrive. It is important to focus on the selection of meals per day.
