1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
For Lamb
Honey Soy Glaze
This especially works well with the marinade lamb loin chops.
It is quick to make and only requires you to coat the meat so that you do not need to invest in a long time, leaving this to marinate in advance.
Once you have mixed with the actual marinade, simply combine the lamb, be careful not to turn them around so they are coated all over.
Do not place the lamb into the marinade, because it means that you can only use this uncooked meat, and you can use the surplus to coat the meat for cooking.
Place the chops in a gas grill and turn about four minutes, a bit of glaze has chops as they cook. Read More
